By placing an order through this website, and once it is accepted, a distance selling contract will be established between the consumer and ChicaMelancia, in accordance with applicable legislation.

A consumer is any user who purchases products outside the scope of their professional or business activity.


The consumer must provide ChicaMelancia with a correct and complete email address, as well as other contact details, and agrees to be contacted whenever necessary.


HOW TO ORDER


• Browse the online store and select the products you wish to purchase

• Add the selected products to your cart

• Once all items are selected, proceed to checkout

• Fill in your personal details and choose a payment method

• Review your order and complete payment to confirm


After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

ChicaMelancia reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order even after automatic confirmation.

By submitting your order, you accept the general conditions of sale and all other conditions available on the website.


ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND REFUSAL


ChicaMelancia reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following cases:

  • Product unavailable.

  • Incorrect billing and/or shipping information.

  • Order flagged as potential fraud.

  • Payment not received within 5 days.

  • Customer under 16 years of age.

  • Customer identified as a reseller.

  • Evidence of misuse or abusive behavior on the website, or during the order or delivery process by the customer.

  • Pricing error.

  • Inability to deliver.

All orders are subject to acceptance by ChicaMelancia.


PRODUCT WARRANTY AND PRICING

Available payment methods:

Credit card, PayPal, MBWay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

All prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate.

ChicaMelancia reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.


SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION

ChicaMelancia respects user privacy and uses appropriate encryption technology to protect personal data.


RETENTION OF TITLE

Products remain the property of ChicaMelancia until full payment is received.


PRODUCTS - QUALITY AND INFORMATION

Products may present slight variations in color or texture.

Usage and washing instructions must be followed. ChicaMelancia is not responsible for improper use.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product, you should contact customer support for resolution.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. However, if the order includes personalized items that have already been produced, cancellation is not possible.


RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, when applicable.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Personalized products

• Products that, for hygiene reasons, involve contact with saliva or direct use by the baby, such as pacifier clips and fabric bibs
