Shipping and Delivery Times
We prepare your order within 4 business days (except for custom items – please check the estimated time on the respective product page).
After preparation, the order is shipped via CTT Expresso with the following estimated delivery times:

Mainland Portugal and Spain: 24 to 48 business hours.

Islands (Madeira, Azores, Balearic and Canary Islands): 5 to 15 business days.

Rest of Europe: Varies depending on the destination.
Order Tracking As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow the delivery directly on the CTT website.
Important: If no one is at the address to receive the order, it will be waiting for pickup at the nearest CTT post office. We recommend tracking your package and picking it up promptly. If the order is returned to us due to a failure to pick it up, reshipping will be subject to a new shipping fee.
Delivery Guarantee In the event of a lost package confirmed by CTT, do not worry: we guarantee the immediate reshipment of your order or a full refund (in case the item is no longer available).
