Returns and Exchanges Policy
Customers have 14 days, from the date of delivery, to request an exchange or return. To begin the process, please email info@chicamelancia.com indicating the reason for the exchange or return and wait for further instructions.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sold, including the original packaging. Shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are not accepted for personalised items or products made according to the customer’s specifications (for example, items with printed names).
Returns are also not accepted for products that, due to their nature, come into contact with the baby’s mouth or saliva and cannot be placed back on sale for hygiene reasons such as pacifier clips and bibs.
For items with a manufacturing defect, ChicaMelancia will issue a full refund and cover the return shipping costs. Customers must email info@chicamelancia.com within 14 days of delivery, describing the defect and attaching a photo, then wait for instructions on how to proceed.
Customers will be fully refunded for any item that cannot be shipped due to stock unavailability, or may choose to exchange it for another product..
